Tiny Homestead Land guarantees all land offered will be current in taxes and have no liens or encumbrances on the property.
Tiny Homestead Land agrees to provide accurate and current information, to the best of their knowledge, as it pertains to the property's location, size and road, water and utility access.
Tiny Homestead Land and the Buyer acknowledges that some land lots may be subject to Homeowner or Property Owner Association fees. If this is the case, it will be noted in the land listing description and the amount of the HOA or POA fees will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
All Buyers agree to pay a $95 document processing fee that includes deed filing and transfer.
All Buyers that utilize the financing option acknowledge that if two consecutive monthly payments are missed, they willingly relinquish the rights to continue with the purchase of the land and all ownership rights will revert back to Tiny Homestead Land.
